LEVON TERRY
CEO
LeVon Terry is a strategic finance leader with over 20 years of experience helping founders unlock growth and build shareholder value. He is the founder of Capfluent, a boutique advisory firm that partners with overlooked entrepreneurs to scale with clarity, access capital, and maximize equity outcomes.
Prior to launching Capfluent, LeVon served as Director of Finance and Portfolio Strategy at a private equity firm. He previously held roles in fintech, investment banking, and institutional asset management — including time at a Silicon Valley-based startup, a global investment bank, and a public markets investment firm.
Throughout his career, LeVon has advised early-stage and growth-stage companies on capital formation, strategic finance, financial modeling, investor communications, and go-to-market operations. His expertise bridges Wall Street rigor and founder empathy, allowing him to design scalable strategies that are financially sound and operationally grounded.
In addition to his advisory work, LeVon is an active ecosystem builder and thought partner to accelerators, capital providers, and mission-driven founders. He is passionate about closing capital access gaps and designing capital strategies that support long-term value creation.
LeVon holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Dayton and currently lives in Denver, Colorado.
CHRISTOPHER GANTZ
Managing Principal, Head of Software Technology Research & Development, Pioneer Global Advisors, LLC
A principal data scientist and senior quantitative research professional, Chris specializes in developing automated reporting and investment analysis of active and passive investment strategies in various software frameworks and platforms.
Prior to joining Pioneer Global Advisors (PGA), Mr. Gantz was a Sr. Investment Analyst/Portfolio Manager and lead Data Scientist for AMG National Trust Bank in the Investment Research and Capital Management Group, respectively. In this position, his primary role was to enhance quantitative elements of numerous vital analytic software models and tools used by the Investment Research, Portfolio Trading, and Equity Portfolio Management teams to conduct investment research, analysis, and forecasting.
In 2020, Chris left AMG to become a Managing Principal and Head of Research & Development and Solutions Engineering with Pioneer Global Advisors (PGA). In this position his primary role is to utilize his strong background in statistics, engineering, computer science, finance, and investment management to lead the applied quantitative finance research and solutions engineering capabilities with an emphasis on M&A transaction services along with investment and risk management research in the specific areas of exploratory, predictive, and causal inference methodologies.
In addition to his work with PGA, he is also an adjunct Faculty member with the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business online MBA program and an affiliate faculty member with the Anderson College of Business and Computing at Regis University.
Chris holds a B.S. in Computer Science with a minor in Physics and a B.S. in Mathematics with a minor in Economics from the University of Denver, an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado - Boulder, an M.S. in Finance from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and is currently a Ph.D. Candidate in Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Denver - Ritchie School of Engineering & Computer Science.
