These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of capfluent.com (the "Site"), operated by Capfluent Consulting ("Capfluent," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
About our services
Capfluent is a strategic finance and capital advisory practice for founder-led companies, and it also operates the Capital Fluency Lab, an educational program. Our services are advisory and educational in nature.
Not professional financial, legal, or tax advice
Capfluent provides advisory services only. It is not a registered investment adviser or a broker-dealer, and it does not raise, place, or broker capital. Nothing on this Site, and nothing provided through the Capital Fluency Lab, is investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security. We do not hold ourselves out as certified public accountants, chartered financial analysts, or certified financial planners. You should obtain advice from your own qualified professionals before making financial, legal, or tax decisions.
No advisory relationship created by the Site
Using the Site, reading its content, or submitting a form does not create an advisory, fiduciary, or other professional relationship between you and Capfluent. An engagement begins only when we enter into a written agreement with you that describes the scope and terms of the work.
No guaranteed outcomes
Capital and business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any particular result, valuation, financing outcome, or return. Examples, figures, and general information on the Site are for illustration only and are not promises of future performance.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the Site. You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
Submissions and communications
When you send us information through a contact form or a Lab application, you are responsible for its accuracy. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in your message. In the event that Capfluent is representing a party with opposing interests to your own, we may have a duty to disclose any information you provide to our client. Any general feedback or suggestions you send us may be used without restriction or compensation to you.
Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and the Capital Fluency Lab and Four Lenses materials, are owned by Capfluent or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for your own informational, non-commercial use, but you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
