Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Capfluent Consulting ("Capfluent," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit capfluent.com (the "Site") or contact us through it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
Information you give us. When you submit our contact form or apply to the Capital Fluency Lab, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name and website, role, industry, company stage and revenue range, and the details you choose to include in your message or application. You control what you send us, and you do not need to include confidential or sensitive information.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our analytics providers may collect standard technical information such as your device type, browser, general location, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This information is collected through cookies and similar technologies, and you can turn analytics cookies off at any time.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies to keep the Site working and to understand how it is used through Google Analytics. Analytics cookies are on by default. When you first visit, a cookie notice lets you reject them or manage your choices, and we honor that choice using Google Consent Mode. If you reject analytics cookies, we stop loading Google Analytics and remove the analytics cookies it has set. You can change your preferences at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the Site footer. Essential cookies needed for the Site to function are always on.
How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and schedule strategy calls.
- To review and follow up on Capital Fluency Lab applications.
- To provide, manage, and improve our advisory services and the Site.
- To understand Site usage and improve our content, unless you have opted out of analytics.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited situations:
- Service providers. We use trusted vendors to operate the Site and our practice, including our website host, our customer relationship management (CRM) system, and our analytics provider. They may process your information on our behalf and only for the purposes we specify.
- Legal and safety reasons. We may disclose information if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Capfluent, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. If Capfluent is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to maintain our business records, and to comply with our legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have shared with us, and you may opt out of analytics cookies at any time through the cookie settings. To make a request, email us at info@capfluent.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor those rights as required.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through the Site's forms.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites, such as our LinkedIn profile. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for business owners and professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated policy.
